Leading National Trainee and operational learning so UAE Nationals move from classroom to productive plant roles with clear evidence of progress.
- Built the National Trainee dashboard, giving management one view of in-house training, OJT progression, performance cases and group movement, and making follow-up faster and targeted.
- Started aligning National Training Programmes with the Integrated Competency and Career Framework, linking trainee development to defined career levels.
- Modernised the NT Smelter examination system with stronger review and governance of assessment practice.
- Delivered Oxford Exit Test completion for Power, Desalination and Technical groups, with a dashboard tracking results.
- Sustained pre-NT Smelter trainee progress through direct engagement, recognised in weekly business updates.

About Me
Plant experience, learning discipline
I'm an operations and technical training professional with more than 17 years at Emirates Global Aluminium. I began on the Baking Furnaces floor and moved into learning and development, where I now coordinate programmes for National Trainee and operational groups.
My work covers competency-based programmes, on-the-job development, assessment governance, learner progression and training analytics. I combine that plant knowledge with an MBA, a Master of Information Technology, the NEBOSH International Diploma and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
I care about training that reflects how the plant runs today, keeps people safe, and gives managers clear evidence of progress.
